How much does it cost to attend?

There is no cost to attend the workshops or carnival but there is a $10 charge for the Prayer Breakfast and a $20 charge for the Welcome Dinner.

Where is the Prayer Walk?

Just outside the Chan Centre in the Rose Garden, Forest and waterfall.

Where do I stay?

Accommodations can be found on the website under resources.

Is there childcare? Are workers screened?

Yes and the schedule can be found here.

Does public transit go to UBC and what is the cost?

Yes. Bus fare is $2.95 for adults and $1.90 for children.

Is there WiFi?

Yes. Passwords will be provided.

Is there livestreaming?

Yes.

Are there places I can eat & where are they? Do they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner?

Is there reserved seating for meetings?

Yes, for workshops there is limited capacity so please register soon.

If I’m bringing my car, is there parking?

Yes. There is an underground parking lot under the Chan Centre. Click here for directions.

Where can I buy a copy of the Commissioning Book?

In the Chan Centre foyer, prior to all three events.  The cost will be $5.

Are tickets to the dinner Friday night or Saturday morning available for purchase at the door?

No, the deadline for online registration is June 7th.
