How much does it cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend the workshops, carnival, or the three gatherings in the Chan Centre. The only ticketed events are the Prayer Breakfast ($10), and the Welcome Dinner ($20).

Does public transit go to UBC and what is the cost?
If I’m bringing my car, is there parking?
Yes. There is an underground parking lot under the Chan Centre. Click here for directions.

Are all welcome to attend?
Is there reserved seating for meetings?
There will be no reserved seating in the Chan Centre, ushers will be available to help you find empty seats.
Registration is required for Friday’s Welcome Banquet, Saturday’s Prayer Breakfast, and Saturday morning’s workshops but these events will not have assigned seats. There is a limited capacity for workshops so please register soon.

Where can I buy a copy of the Commissioning Book?
The Commissioning Book will be available for purchase in the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre prior to the Officer’s Councils, and in the Chan Centre foyer prior to Welcome Meeting and Commissioning & Ordination. The cost will be $5.
Are tickets to the dinner Friday night or Saturday morning available for purchase at the door?
No, the deadline for online registration is June 7th.
